Ingredients list for Cheesy Spiral Pasta
- 1 cup White Spiral Pasta boiled
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Slices boiled
- 5-6 Parmesan cheese slices
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves
- 8-10 Garlic cloves
- 4 tablespoons Tomato concasse
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon Crushed red chillies
- 2 tablespoons Fresh cream
Method
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion and saute for 2 minutes.
- Grind ¼ cup basil leaves, garlic cloves and 2 tbsps tomato concasse. Add this to the pan and mix well.
- Add white and spinach spiral pastas, remaining tomato concasse, salt, crushed black peppercorns, crushed red chillies and fresh cream and mix well.
- Add parmesan slices and mix well. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with few fresh basil leaves and grated parmesan cheese and serve hot.
