Ingredients list for Cheesy Puchkas
- 12-16 Crisp puris
- as required Mozzarella cheese gratedx
- as required Pizza sauce
- 3 tablespoons Corn kernels blanched
- 1 Small green capsicum finely chopped
- 1 Small red capsicum finely chopped
- to taste Salt
- to sprinkle Dried mixed herbs
- 5-6 Fresh basil leaves torn
- as required Cheese sauce
- to garnish Fresh parsley chopped
Method
- Preheat oven to 180º C.
- Break the top of puris or puchkas a little and arrange on a baking tray.
- Stuff each with some Mozzarella cheese, dash of pizza sauce, 3-4 corn kernels, some green and red capsicums.
- Sprinkle salt and some mixed herbs and top with some basil leaves, dash of cheese sauce and some more Mozzarella cheese.
- Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake till the cheese melts.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
