Ingredients list for Cheesy Puchkas

  • 12-16 Crisp puris
  • as required Mozzarella cheese gratedx
  • as required Pizza sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Corn kernels blanched
  • 1 Small green capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 Small red capsicum finely chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to sprinkle Dried mixed herbs
  • 5-6 Fresh basil leaves torn
  • as required Cheese sauce
  • to garnish Fresh parsley chopped

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180º C.
  2. Break the top of puris or puchkas a little and arrange on a baking tray.
  3. Stuff each with some Mozzarella cheese, dash of pizza sauce, 3-4 corn kernels, some green and red capsicums.
  4. Sprinkle salt and some mixed herbs and top with some basil leaves, dash of cheese sauce and some more Mozzarella cheese.
  5. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake till the cheese melts.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
