Ingredients for Cheesy Puchkas Recipe

  • Crisp puris 12-16

  • Mozzarella cheese gratedx as required

  • Pizza sauce as required

  • Corn kernels blanched 3 tablespoons

  • Small green capsicum finely chopped 1

  • Small red capsicum finely chopped 1

  • Salt to taste

  • Dried mixed herbs to sprinkle

  • Fresh basil leaves torn 5-6

  • Cheese sauce as required

  • Fresh parsley chopped to garnish

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180º C.

Step 2

Break the top of puris or puchkas a little and arrange on a baking tray.

Step 3

Stuff each with some Mozzarella cheese, dash of pizza sauce, 3-4 corn kernels, some green and red capsicums.

Step 4

Sprinkle salt and some mixed herbs and top with some basil leaves, dash of cheese sauce and some more Mozzarella cheese.

Step 5

Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake till the cheese melts.

Step 6

Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
