Ingredients list for Cheese wiches
- 4 Cheese slices
- 8 Brown bread slices
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 4 tablespoons Nutralite
- 4 tablespoons Tomato ketchup
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper powder
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
Method
- Apply Nutralite on the bread slices and spread the tomato ketchup on them evenly.
- Place one cheese slice on each of four bread slices and cover with the remaining bread slices. Trim the edges. Cut each sandwich diagonally into two triangles.
- Add the milk, sugar, salt and pepper powder to the eggs and whisk well.
- Heat the olive oil in a non stick pan. Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture and place on the pan and shallow fry till evenly golden on both the sides.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
