Cheese wiches

Ingredients list for Cheese wiches

  • 4 Cheese slices
  • 8 Brown bread slices
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 4 tablespoons Nutralite
  • 4 tablespoons Tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Method

  1. Apply Nutralite on the bread slices and spread the tomato ketchup on them evenly.
  2. Place one cheese slice on each of four bread slices and cover with the remaining bread slices. Trim the edges. Cut each sandwich diagonally into two triangles.
  3. Add the milk, sugar, salt and pepper powder to the eggs and whisk well.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a non stick pan. Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture and place on the pan and shallow fry till evenly golden on both the sides.
  5. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
