Ingredients list for Cheese Triangles
- 2 cups Refined Flour
 - 1 cup Processed Cheese
 - 2 tablespoons Margarine
 - to taste Salt
 - to deep fry Oil
 - 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese grated
 - 1 medium Onion
 - 2 stalks Spring onion greens
 - a few Fresh parsley sprigs
 - 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
 - 1/4 teaspoon White pepper powder
 - 1/4 teaspoon Dry oregano
 
Method
- Sieve refined flour with salt. Cut margarine into the sieved flour and rub in lightly with fingertips.
 - Add sufficient water and knead into a stiff dough. Keep covered with a damp cloth for half an hour.
 - To make the stuffing peel, wash and chop onion. Trim, wash and chop spring onion greens. Clean, wash and chop parsley.
 - Combine processed cheese, mozzarella cheese, onion, spring onion greens, parsley, red chilli flakes, white pepper powder and oregano and lightly mix using a wooden spoon.
 - Divide dough into sixteen equal portions and roll out into oval shapes. Cut into half and shape into a cone. Fill with cheese stuffing and seal the edges.
 - Refrigerate for about half an hour. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep-fry cheese triangles till crisp and golden. Drain onto an absorbent paper and serve hot.
