Cheese Stuffed Smoked Salmon

Spiced cream cheese rolled in smoked salmon slices and then in cucumber slices and served. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe.

Ingredients list for Cheese Stuffed Smoked Salmon

  • 8 slices Salmon fish tinned, smoked
  • ½ cup Cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Capers
  • 1 Lemon segments
  • 1 teaspoon Dill chopped
  • to taste Crushed black peppercorns
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 large Cucumber sliced thinly
  • for garnish Dill sprigs

Method

  1. Take cream cheese in a bowl. Add capers, lemon segments and dill and mix well.
  2. Add crushed peppercorns and salt and mix well. Fill a piping bag with the mixture.
  3. Place the fish slices on the worktop. Pipe out the mixture atone end of each fish slice and roll.
  4. Place the fish rolls on cucumber slices and roll.
  5. Place the rolls on a serving platter, sprinkle some salt and crushed peppercorns on top and serve immediately garnished with dill sprigs.
