Ingredients list for Cheese Stuffed Smoked Salmon
- 8 slices Salmon fish tinned, smoked
- ½ cup Cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon Capers
- 1 Lemon segments
- 1 teaspoon Dill chopped
- to taste Crushed black peppercorns
- to taste Salt
- 1 large Cucumber sliced thinly
- for garnish Dill sprigs
Method
- Take cream cheese in a bowl. Add capers, lemon segments and dill and mix well.
- Add crushed peppercorns and salt and mix well. Fill a piping bag with the mixture.
- Place the fish slices on the worktop. Pipe out the mixture atone end of each fish slice and roll.
- Place the fish rolls on cucumber slices and roll.
- Place the rolls on a serving platter, sprinkle some salt and crushed peppercorns on top and serve immediately garnished with dill sprigs.
