Ingredients list for Cheese Dosa - SK Khazana

  • 2 cups Ready dosa batter
  • as required Processed cheese grated
  • as required Oil
  • as required Butter
  • as required Schezwan sauce
  • as required 3 coloured capsicums chopped
  • as required American corn kernels boiled
  • as required Black olives chopped
  • as required Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
  • as required Cheese sauce


  1. Heat a non-stick tawa. Pour 1 teaspoon oil on it and rub it all over the tawa with a wet tissue.
  2. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread to make large thin disc. Spread some butter lightly and cook till the underside is half done.
  3. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon mixed capsicums, 1 tablespoon corn kernels, 1 tablespoon black olives, 1-2 teaspoons coriander leaves, salt, crushed black peppercorns, 1 tablespoon cheese sauce and 2 tablespoons grated processed cheese. Fold the dosa and sprinkle some more coriander leaves.
  4. Make more dosas similarly and serve hot.
