Ingredients for Chatpate Baked Potato Wedges Recipe

  • Potatoes cut into wedges 8 medium

  • Chaat Masala to taste

  • Oil 1 tbsp + for greasing

  • Onion 1 small

  • Green chillies 3

  • Fresh coriander leaves a few

  • Fresh mint leaves a few

  • Chaat masala 1 teaspoon

  • Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon

Method

Step 1

Pre heat oven to 180 º C. Apply salt, ground paste and oil to potato wedges.

Step 2

Grease a baking tray and place potato wedges on it. Bake the potatoes for ten to fifteen minutes at 180 º C.

Step 3

Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
