Ingredients list for Chatpate Baked Potato Wedges
- 8 medium Potatoes cut into wedges
- to taste Chaat Masala
- 1 tbsp + for greasing Oil
- 1 small Onion
- 3 Green chillies
- a few Fresh coriander leaves
- a few Fresh mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
Method
- Pre heat oven to 180 º C. Apply salt, ground paste and oil to potato wedges.
- Grease a baking tray and place potato wedges on it. Bake the potatoes for ten to fifteen minutes at 180 º C.
- Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
