Flatten them with the side of a knife. Pressure cook chops with green chutney, salt, turmeric powder and 1 cup of water. When cooked, remove and sprinkle with garam masala and lemon juice. Beat the egg with red chilli powder, salt and a tablespoon of water. Heat oil in a kadai. Dip the chops in the egg batter, roll in the bread crumb and then deep fry.
