Ingredients list for Chaap Fry
- 1/2 kilogram Mutton chops
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Green chutney
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 4 Egg
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- to deep fry Oil
Method
- Clean and wash the mutton chops. Flatten them with the side of a knife. Pressure cook chops with green chutney, salt, turmeric powder and 1 cup of water.
- When cooked, remove and sprinkle with garam masala and lemon juice. Beat the egg with red chilli powder, salt and a tablespoon of water.
- Heat oil in a kadai. Dip the chops in the egg batter, roll in the bread crumb and then deep fry.
