By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Carrots, Orange Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 8-10 hour Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Carrot and Orange Ice Cream 2 medium Carrots peeled, cut into roundels and boiled 8-10 Orange fresh segments 1 cup Milk 1/2 cup Powdered sugar 1 cup Milk powder 1 cup Fresh cream Method Blend boiled carrots in a blender to a fine puree. Heat milk in a non-stick pan and bring to a boil. Combine carrot puree and powdered sugar in a bowl and mix well. Add milk powder to the boiling milk and stir continuously. Add cream, switch off heat and stir continuously. Mix the prepared milk mixture with the sweetened carrot puree and whisk well. Take air-tight containers. Layer with ½ orange segments and pour in the prepared mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours. Serve immediately.
