Ingredients list for Carrot Chutney Sandwiches

  • 1 cup Carrot grated
  • 4 tablespoons Green Chutney
  • 12 White bread slices
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Eggless mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Paneer (cottage cheese) grated

Method

  1. Mix carrots and salt in a bowl. Add mayonnaise and mix well.
  2. Mix cottage cheese and salt in another bowl and mash well. Add green chutney and mix.
  3. Take 3 bread slices for each sandwich. On one slice spread carrot filling, cover it with second slice and spread cottage cheese-green chutney mixture on it. Top it up with third bread slice.
  4. Press gently. Trim the sides of each sandwich and cut it into two pieces and serve
