Ingredients list for Cake Batter Cookies
- 125 grams Refined flour (maida)
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla essence
- 125 grams Butter
- 125 grams Castor sugar (caster sugar)
- 1/4 cup Vermicelli colourful
Method
- Preheat oven at 180°C.
- Take flour in a bowl. Add baking powder and mix well and set aside.
- Break eggs in another bowl. Add vanilla essence and set aside.
- Cream butter and castor sugar in another bowl with an electric beater till light.
- Add eggs, one by one, along with the essence and beat well.
- Add vermicelli to flour mixture and mix well. Add this to the butter-sugar mixture and beat again till well blended. Refrigerate mixture for 15-20 minutes.
- Spoon the mixture into individual silicon cupcake moulds and spread into a thin cookie.
- Place the mould on a baking tray, put the tray in preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from heat, cool and demould. Serve.
