Ingredients list for Butterscotch Bread Pudding

  • 10 Brown Bread torn
  • 4 cups Butterscotch
  • 2 cups Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter melted
  • 3 Egg beaten
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla essence
  • 1 cup Butterscotch

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine together bread, milk, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and butterscotch chips.
  2. Pour into mixture in the greased baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, until done. Serve warm or cold.
