Ingredients list for Broccoli Cups
- 1 medium Broccoli cut into florets
- 1 Whole egg
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 Egg yolk
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper powder
- a pinch Nutmeg grated
- tablespoons Fresh cream
- for greasing Butter
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C/ 360°F. Chop onion. Blanch broccoli florets and put them in a blender jar.
- Break one egg and add with salt, pepper powder and nutmeg and grind to a puree.
- Transfer the puree into a bowl. Add egg yolk, onion and cream and mix.
- Pour water into a baking tray and heat. Grease silicon moulds and pour the broccoli mixture into them taking care not to fill up to the rim.
- Place the silicon cups in the baking tray and keep it in the preheated oven.
- Steam in the preheated oven till done. Demould and serve.
