Ingredients list for Breakfast Roll
- 4 Tortillas
- Silken Beancurd (tofu)
- 2 teaspoons Olive oil
- 2 medium Onions chopped
- 10 teaspoons Tomato puree
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper powder
- 3 teaspoons Red chilli sauce
- 1 cup Silken beancurd (tofu) grated
- 2 medium Green capsicums cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped
- as required Grated cheese
Method
- Heat oil in non stick pan. Add onion and sauté till soft.
- Add tomato puree, salt, pepper powder and chilli sauce. Mix well and add bean curd.
- Mix again and add capsicum. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add parsley and mix well. Place tortillas on worktop.
- Put bean curd mixture on one end, sprinkle little cheese on top and roll them.
- Serve immediately.
