Ingredients list for Breakfast Roll

  • 4 Tortillas
  • Silken Beancurd (tofu)
  • 2 teaspoons Olive oil
  • 2 medium Onions chopped
  • 10 teaspoons Tomato puree
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper powder
  • 3 teaspoons Red chilli sauce
  • 1 cup Silken beancurd (tofu) grated
  • 2 medium Green capsicums cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped
  • as required Grated cheese

Method

  1. Heat oil in non stick pan. Add onion and sauté till soft.
  2. Add tomato puree, salt, pepper powder and chilli sauce. Mix well and add bean curd.
  3. Mix again and add capsicum. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add parsley and mix well. Place tortillas on worktop.
  5. Put bean curd mixture on one end, sprinkle little cheese on top and roll them.
  6. Serve immediately.
