Ingredients list for Breakfast Burritos
- 4 Whole wheat tortilla
- 8-10 Spicy chicken sausages
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 2 tablespoons Butter chilled
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 16 florets Broccoli blanched
- 2 tablespoons Cream
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- 1/2 cup Grated cheese
- 8-12 slices Jalapeno
- a few Iceberg lettuce leaves
Method
- Heat oil in a non stick pan.
- Slice onion. Thinly slice sausages. Put onion and sausages in the pan and sauté.
- Take the pan off the heat. Add chilled butter and mix. Add eggs and cook, stirring, to scramble. Do not overcook.
- Add cream, salt and pepper powder and mix. Add cheese and mix.
Keep a tortilla on the work top and put a portion of filling in the centre. Place 4 broccoli florets in a line followed by jalapeno slices and lettuce. Roll tightly. - Make other burritos similarly and serve immediately.
