Ingredients list for Breaded Chicken
- 2 Boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Oil
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper powder
- for garnish Parsley sprigs
Method
- Butterfly the chicken breasts.
- Spread Parmesan cheese on a plate, break eggs on another plate and whisk. Spread breadcrumbs onto the third place.
- Heat oil and butter in a non-stick pan.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper powder on chicken breasts and rub well. Coat chicken in Parmesan cheese, dip in egg and finally coat in breadcrumbs.
- Place the breaded chicken in the pan and shallow-fry till golden from both sides and the chicken is fully cooked. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Garnish with parsley sprigs and serve hot with tartare sauce and lemon wedge.
