By Sanjeev Kapoor 17 Sep 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Boneless mutton, Medium potato Cuisine Russian Course Soups Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 41-50 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Borscht-SK Khazana 500 grams Boneless mutton cut into small pieces 1 Medium potato peeled and cut into cubes 1/2 cup Carrot grated 1 Medium beetroot peeled and grated 2 tablespoons Cabbage shredded 1 tablespoon Oil 1 Large onion chopped 4-5 Garlic 1/2 cup Tomato puree to taste Salt to taste Black peppercorns crushed 1 tablespoon Lemon juice for garnish Fresh parsley sprig q Method Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan. Add onion and sauté till translucent. Add garlic and mix. Add mutton pieces and mix. Add tomato puree, stir to mix and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add salt and crushed peppercorns and mix. Add sufficient water, mix and bring to a boil. Add potato, carrot, beetroot, cabbage and lemon juice, mix well, cover and cook till mutton and vegetables are fully done.
