Ingredients list for Black Bean Sauce
- 3 tablespoons black Beans
- 2 teaspoons vegetable Stock
- 3/4 cup vegetable stock
- 1/2 inch piece ginger, roughly chopped
- 1 garlic clove, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder to taste
- 2 teaspoons sugar
Method
- Mix cornflour in a little vegetable stock and set aside. Mix black beans, ginger, garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, pepper powder, sugar and remaining stock and blend in a mixer.
- Transfer into a pan, add the cornflour mixture and mix well. Simmer until thick.
