Ingredients list for Biscuit Corn Sev Puri

  • 16 Salted Biscuits
  • 2 medium Corn Kernels boiled and mashed
  • 1/2 cup Corn kernels blanched
  • 2 medium Onion finely chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • as required Chaat masala
  • 4 teaspoons Red chilli Garlic Chutney
  • 8 teaspoons Green chutney
  • 16 teaspoons Sweet chutney
  • 1 small Raw mango chopped
  • 1 cup Sev
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder

Method

  1. Arrange the biscuits on a plate. In a bowl, place potatoes, corn, onions, salt and chaat masala and mix.
  2. Divide into sixteen portions. Place a portion on each biscuit. Drizzle one-fourth teaspoon of red garlic chutney, half a teaspoon of green chutney and one teaspoon of sweet date and tamarind chutney, one after the other, over each biscuit. Sprinkle raw ma
