Ingredients list for Bhapa Doi - SK Khazana
- 1 cup Thick yogurt
- 1 cup Condensed milk
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 6-8 Almonds blanched, peeled and slivered
- 8-10 Pistachios blanched, peeled and slivered
Method
- Take yogurt in a large bowl, add condensed milk and milk and whisk till well combined. Add some almonds and pistachios and mix well.
- Heat sufficient water in a steamer.
- Transfer the prepared mixture into small individual earthen pots and sprinkle pistachios on top. Cover each pot with aluminium foil.
- Place the pots in the steamer, cover and steam for 20-25 minutes. Take them out of the steamer and cool down to room temperature. Further refrigerate till chilled.
- Serve chilled.
