Add rice flour, bhuna masala, salt and mix well. Add hot water as required and knead into soft dough. Cover with a damp cloth and rest for a couple of minutes. Heat a non-stick tawa. Divide the dough into equal sized balls. Dust each of them with a little dry rice flour and flatten into small bhakris. Place one bhakri at a time on hot tawa and cook, turning sides, till evenly golden on both sides. Transfer the bhakris on a serving plate. Put a dollop of white butter on each bhakri and serve hot.
