Ingredients list for Banana Yogurt Custard
- 2 large Bananas
- 4 tablespoons Yogurt whisked
- 3 tablespoons Vanilla Custard powder
- 2 cups Milk
- 4 tablespoons Sugar
- 4 tablespoons Chocolate grated
Method
- Take custard powder in a pan. Add milk and mix well Cook on medium heat, stirring continuously. Cool.
- Peel bananas and grate them. Add sugar to the custard and mix. Place the bananas in a large bowl. Add hung yogurt and the cooled custard and mix. Check sugar.
- Transfer the mixture into a serving bowls.
- Top with grated chocolate and serve.
