Ingredients for Banana Custard With Crisp Wafers Recipe

  • Ripe Bananas 3 large

  • Custard 1 cup

  • Chocolate cream wafer biscuits 12

  • Butter 1 tablespoon

  • Sugar 4 tablespoons

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup


Step 1

Separate layers of wafer biscuits and spread them on a baking tray and toast in a hot oven.

Step 2

Peel bananas and cop roughly. Heat butter in a non stick pan, add sugar, lemon juice and bananas and mix.

Step 3

Saute till lightly coloured. Put custard in a bowl, add condensed milk and whisk well.

Step 4

Take the wafer biscuits out of the oven and put into a mixer jar and crush. Put bananas into stemmed glasses.

Step 5

Pour custard mixture over them, sprinkle crushed wafer biscuits over, chill and serve.
