Ingredients list for Banana Custard With Crisp Wafers
- 3 large Ripe Bananas
- 1 cup Custard
- 12 Chocolate cream wafer biscuits
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 4 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Condensed milk
Method
- Separate layers of wafer biscuits and spread them on a baking tray and toast in a hot oven.
- Peel bananas and cop roughly.
Heat butter in a non stick pan, add sugar, lemon juice and bananas and mix. - Saute till lightly coloured.
Put custard in a bowl, add condensed milk and whisk well. - Take the wafer biscuits out of the oven and put into a mixer jar and crush.
Put bananas into stemmed glasses. - Pour custard mixture over them, sprinkle crushed wafer biscuits over, chill and serve.
