Ingredients list for Baked Tomatoes A La Provencale
- 8 Tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 4 cloves Garlic crushed
- 4 tablespoons Parsley chopped
- 6 tablespoons Extra-virgin olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper powder
Method
- Preheat the oven at 200°C. Halve the tomatoes and place them on a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle sugar, bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, extra virgin olive oil on tomatoes and mix.
- Bake until the tomatoes are soft and cooked. Sprinkle salt and pepper powder and serve hot.
