Ingredients list for Baked Tomatoes A La Provencale

  • 8 Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 4 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 4 tablespoons Parsley chopped
  • 6 tablespoons Extra-virgin olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper powder

Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 200°C. Halve the tomatoes and place them on a greased baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle sugar, bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, extra virgin olive oil on tomatoes and mix.
  3. Bake until the tomatoes are soft and cooked. Sprinkle salt and pepper powder and serve hot.
