Ingredients list for Baked Bean Wraps
- 200 grams Canned Black beans
- 4 Wholewheat Flour rotis
- 1 tbsp + f Oil
- 6-8 Garlic cloves sliced
- 2 medium Onions finely chopped
- 1 small Green capsicum finely chopped
- 1 small Red capsicum finely chopped
- 1 small Yellow capsicum finely chopped
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Red chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
- 4 tablespoon Mozzarella cheese grated
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and sauté till brown. Add onions and sauté till translucent. Add green, red and yellow capsicums and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add salt and mix well. Add baked beans, red chilli sauce and tomato ketchup and mix well. Simmer for a minute.
- Place a roti on the worktop, spread some mozzarella cheese on it, place some baked bean mixture on one side and roll to make a wrap. Similarly prepare the rest.
- Heat oil in a non-stick grill pan, place the prepared wraps in it, cook, turning sides, till the grill marks appear on both sides.
- Halve one wrap, arrange it with the others on a serving plate and serve.
