Ingredients
- 8-12 bacon strips
- 8-12 prunes, pitted
- ½ cup Feta cheese
- Crushed black peppercorns to taste
- 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic chopped
Method
- Preheat oven to 180° C.
- Take feta cheese, crushed peppercorns, chilli flakes, mixed herbs and garlic in a bowl and mix well.
- Make a cavity in each prune with the back of a brush.
- Fill a piping bag with feta cheese mixture and pipe into prunes.
- Wrap each stuffed prune with a bacon strip, place them on a plate and secure with toothpicks. Arrange them on a baking tray.
- Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
