Ingredients list for Bacon Wrapped Bread Sticks
- 16-20 Bacon rashers
- 8 Bread Sticks
- 1/2 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns
- 1/4 teaspoon Crushed red chillies
- to taste Salt
- 3 cloves Garlic roughly chopped
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
Method
- Preheat oven to 200 °C. Put crushed black peppercorns, crushed red chillies, salt and roughly chopped garlic in a mortar and crush them coarsely with a pestle.
- Transfer into a bowl, add parmesan cheese and mix well.
- Line a baking tray with a silicon sheet.
- Tightly wrap bacon rashers around the bread sticks.
- Arrange the bread sticks on the baking tray and cook in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or till bacon is well browned.
- Remove them from oven and immediately roll in the spiced cheese mixture.
- Serve hot.
