Marinate chicken supreme with Dijon mustard, chopped garlic, chilli flakes and salt for fifteen minutes in the refrigerator. Roll a piece of bacon rasher around each chicken supreme piece and secure it with a toothpick. Heat a non-stick pan, sear the rolled chicken supremes tossing from time to time till the chicken is fully cooked. Serve hot.
