Ingredients
- 8 strips of bacon
- 8 chicken supremes, halved
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
- Salt to taste
Method
- Trim the fat and rind of the bacon rashers and halve each rasher horizontally.
- Marinate chicken supreme with Dijon mustard, chopped garlic, chilli flakes and salt for fifteen minutes in the refrigerator.
- Roll a piece of bacon rasher around each chicken supreme piece and secure it with a toothpick.
- Heat a non-stick pan, sear the rolled chicken supreme, tossing from time to time, till the chicken is fully cooked. Serve hot.
