Ingredients
- 250 grams baby onions, peeled
- 250 grams baby potatoes, boiled and peeled
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- Salt to taste
- A few sprigs of parsley
- Crushed black peppercorns to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh cream
Method
- Heat butter in a non stick pan, add onions, sugar, salt and mix. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Chop parsley finely.
- Add potatoes and freshly crushed black peppers and toss. Add ¼ cup cream and toss. Add parsley and mix. Serve hot.
