Ingredients 

  • 250 grams baby onions, peeled
  • 250 grams baby potatoes, boiled and peeled
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • A few sprigs of parsley
  • Crushed black peppercorns to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh cream

Method

  1. Heat butter in a non stick pan, add onions, sugar, salt and mix. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Chop parsley finely.
  2. Add potatoes and freshly crushed black peppers and toss. Add ¼ cup cream and toss. Add parsley and mix. Serve hot.
