Ingredients
- 1 large ripe avocados
- ½ cup yogurt
- ½ cup cucumber peeled and deseeded
- 1 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill leaves chopped
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black peppercorns to taste
Method
- Deseed the avocado, scoop out flesh into a bowl and lightly mash.
- Grate in the cucumber and mix. Add the yogurt, garlic, dill leaves, salt and crushed peppercorns and mix well. Refrigerate to chill.
- Served chilled.
