Ingredients list for Green Tea Vanilla Pannacotta
- 2 teaspoons Green tea leaves
- 1 Vanilla pod
- 1½ teaspoons Gelatin
- 1 cup Milk
- 1½ cups Fresh cream
- ½ cup Castor sugar (caster sugar)
- for garnishing Fresh mint sprigs
Method
- Take gelatin in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons water and set aside to bloom.
- Heat milk in a small deep non-stick pan. Add cream and castor sugar.
- Scrape out vanilla seeds; add to pan along with the pod, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.Add green tea leaves, mix and cook till mixture thickens.
- Strain the green tea mixture into another bowl and whisk. Add bloomed gelatin gradually and whisk well. Set aside and bring down to room temperature.
- Fill shot glasses with green tea mixture and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or till set.
- Serve garnished with mint sprigs.
