Ingredients list for Ande Ke Seekh Kabab

  • 11 Egg
  • 2 medium Potatoes boiled
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 1/2 inch piece Ginger chopped
  • 3-4 Green chillies chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • for basting Butter
  • 4 Satay sticks soaked

Method

  1. Hard boil 10 eggs. Cool, peel and grate. Place in a bowl and add mashed potatoes, garam masala powder, chaat masala, bread crumbs, salt, red chilli powder, ginger, green chillies and remaining egg.
  2. Knead into a smooth mixture. Divide the mixture into equal portions and pat them onto the skewers to make kababs. Heat the Grill Pan.
  3. Place the skewers in it and cook the kababs for five to ten minutes basting with butter. Serve hot with mint chutney.
