Ingredients list for Anar Hummus
- Chickpeas boiled and peeled 1 cup + for topping
- Fresh Pomogranate Kernels 1/4 cup + for topping
- 1/2 medium Beetroot boiled and peeled
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Tahini (sesame paste)
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- Extra virgin olive oil 1 teaspoon + for drizzling
Method
- Put boiled chickpeas and pomegranate kernels in a grinder jar. Add beetroot and sesame paste and grind.
- Add salt, lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil and grind again till smooth.
- Transfer into a serving bowl, drizzle olive oil, top with pomegranate kernels and serve.
