Ingredients list for Aloo ka Raita

  • 2 medium potatoes, boiled and peeled
  • 2 cups yogurt                        
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed black peppercorns                
  • ½ tsp roasted cumin powder + to sprinkle
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves + to sprinkle
  • 2 tablespoons fresh pomegranate pearls
  • A pinch of red chilli powder to sprinkle

Method

  1. Take yogurt in a bowl. Add salt, crushed black peppercorns, roasted cumin powder, coriander and mix well.
  2. Add boiled potatoes, pomegranate pearls and mix well.
  3. Transfer in a serving bowl. Sprinkle red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder and coriander leaves on top.
  4. Serve.
