Ingredients list for Aloo ka Raita
- 2 medium potatoes, boiled and peeled
- 2 cups yogurt
- Salt to taste
- ¼ teaspoon crushed black peppercorns
- ½ tsp roasted cumin powder + to sprinkle
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves + to sprinkle
- 2 tablespoons fresh pomegranate pearls
- A pinch of red chilli powder to sprinkle
Method
- Take yogurt in a bowl. Add salt, crushed black peppercorns, roasted cumin powder, coriander and mix well.
- Add boiled potatoes, pomegranate pearls and mix well.
- Transfer in a serving bowl. Sprinkle red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder and coriander leaves on top.
- Serve.
