Ingredients list for Air Fried Crumbed Prawns
- 12-16 medium Prawns shelled and deveined with tail intact
- 1 cup Fresh Breadcrumbs
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 10-12 Fresh coriander sprigs
- 7-8 Potato chips
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Method
- Put prawns, salt, red chilli powder and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well.
- Finely chop coriander leaves and add to the bowl. Crush potato chips and add and mix well. Add breadcrumbs, olive oil and mix well. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.
- Place the marinated prawns in an air fryer alongwith the marinade and fry at 200º C for 6-7 minutes.
- Arrange on a serving platter and serve hot.
