- 4 Mallika mangoes medium ripe
- 20-25 Green cardamom
- 1/2 tablespoon Sugar
- Nutmeg powder oinch of
- 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar
Method
- Put green cardamoms in a blender jar, add sugar and blend to a fine powder. Sieve the powder through a fine strainer. Store it in an airtight container and use as required.
- Press the mangoes from all sides to loosen the pulp. Remove the eye of each mango and squeeze out the pulp into a large bowl. Squeeze the mangoes to extract all the pulp, discard the seed and the skin. Mash the pulp with your hand.
- Add nutmeg powder, ½ tsp of the ground green cardamom powder and powdered sugar and mix well.
- Transfer into serving bowls and serve with hot puris.
