Ingredients list for Aam Papad - SK Khazana
- 2 cups Ripe mango puree
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- for greasing Ghee
Method
- Grease 2 trays with ghee.
- Heat a non-stick pan, add mango puree, sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well and cook, stirring occasionally, for 20-25 minutes or till the mixture thickens.
- Pour the prepared mixture on the greased trays and tap the trays gently. Sundry for 2-4 days.
- Gently remove the aam papad and cut into squares. Serve.
