Ingredients list for Aam Kheer Sandesh
- 4 Ripe mangoes
- 2 litres Milk
- 500 grams Sugar
- 250 grams Khoya/mawa
Method
- Boil milk in a non stick pan. Reduce till one fourth.
- Add three hundred grams sugar, half of the mango pulp, khoya and cook till the mixture is thick.
- Heat a non stick pan. Add remaining sugar, mango pulp and cook till mixture is thick. Allow to cool.
- Divide the mango stuffing and khoya mixture into equal portions. Stuff mango mixture in khoya mixture and flatten.
