Ingredients list for Aam Ka Abshola
- 1 kilogram Raw mango
- 6-7 sprigs Fresh mint leaves,1 cm cubes test
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
- 2 Lemons,cut into roundels
- 1 teaspoon Black peppercorns,crushed
- to taste Rock salt (sendha namak)
- to taste Salt
Method
- Place serving glasses in a refrigerator to be chilled. Boil and peel raw mangoes and extract the pulp. Keeping aside a few mint leaves for garnish, grind the rest.
