Ingredients for 4 Ways Pizza Recipe

  • Pizza dough 300 grams

  • Refined flour for dusting

  • 1st Pizza

  • Pepperoni 4 slices

  • Pizza sauce 1 tablespoon

  • Tomato roundels 4-5

  • Bocconcini cheese balls 5

  • Fresh basil leaves 2-3

  • 2nd pizza

  • Grilled chicken 4-5 slices

  • White sauce 1 tablespoon

  • Pizza sauce 1/2 tablespoon

  • Button mushrooms 4-5 slices

  • Jalapeno 4-5 slices

  • Pickled gherkin 5-6 slices

  • Green olive halves 4-5

  • Black olives halves 4-5

  • Dried oregano a pinch

  • Red chilli flakes a pinch

  • Salt to taste

  • Mozzarella chesse , grated 1 tablespoon

  • 3rd pizza

  • Chicken sausages = 7-8 slices

  • Cooked spinach garlic onion mixture 3-4 tablespoons

  • Red capsicum , strips 6 - 7

  • Salt to taste

  • Ricotta cheese 50 grams

  • Chicken salami wedges 6

  • Pesto 1 tablespoon

  • Yellow capsicum strips 5-6

  • Red capsicum strips 5-6

  • Onion strips a few

  • Green capsicum strips 5-6

  • Salt slices

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180° C. Dust a baking tray with some flour.

Step 2

Dust the worktop with some flour, place the dough and knock back to release excess air.

Step 3

Dust some more flour on the dough, roll it out into a large rectangular semi-thick sheet and transfer it onto the prepared tray.

Step 4

Dork the pizza sheet with a fork and mark into 4 equal portions without cutting through.

Step 5

To prepare 1st pizza, spread pizza sauce on one portion. Place tomato roundels, bocconcini cheese balls, torn basil leaves. Sprinkle some salt on top.

Step 6

To prepare 2nd pizza, spread white sauce and pizza sauce over it on 2nd portion. Place mushroom slices, jalapeno slices, gherkin slices, grilled chicken slices, green olives and black olives. Sprinkle some dried oregano, chilli flakes and salt and mozzarella cheese on top.

Step 7

Keep pepperoni slices on the 1st pizza.

Step 8

To prepare 3rd pizza, spread spinach-garlic-onion mixture on the 3rd portion. Place chicken sausage slices, red capsicum strips and sprinkle some salt. Place small dollops of ricotta cheese on top.

Step 9

To prepare 4th pizza, spread pesto on the 4th portion. Place yellow capsicum strips, red capsicum strips, onion strips, chicken salami wedges and green capsicum strips and sprinkle some salt on top.

Step 10

Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Step 11

Separate the 4 pizza portions, place on a serving platter and serve hot.
