4 Ways Pizza

  • 300 grams pizza dough
  • Refined flour for dusting
    1st pizza 
  • 4 chicken pepperoni roundels
  • Pizza sauce for spreading
  • 4 tomato roundels 
  • 5 bocconcini cheese balls 
  • 4-5 fresh basil leaves
    2nd pizza 
  • 100 grams sliced grilled chicken
  • White sauce for spreading
  • Pizza sauce for spreading
  • 2-3 button mushrooms, sliced 
  • Pickled jalapeno slices as required
  • 6-7 green olives, pitted and halved
  • 6-7 black olives, pitted and halved
  • Dried oregano for sprinkling
  • Red chilli flakes for sprinkling 
  • Salt to taste 
  • 2-3 tablespoons grated mozzarella cheese
    3rd pizza 
  • 2 chicken sausage, diagonally sliced 
  • 3-4 tablespoons cooked spinach-garlic-onion mixture 
  • ¼ medium red capsicum, cut into thin strips 
  • Salt to taste 
  • 50 grams ricotta cheese 
    4th pizza 
  • 2-3 chicken salami, cut into wedges
  • Pesto for spreading
  • ¼ medium yellow capsicum, cut into thin strips
  • ¼ medium red capsicum, cut into thin strips 
  • ¼ medium onion, cut into thin strips
  • ¼ medium green capsicum, cut into thin strips 
  • Salt to taste 


  1. Preheat oven to 180° C. Dust a baking tray with some flour. 
  2. Dust the worktop with some flour, place the dough and knock back to release excess air. 
  3. Dust the worktop with some flour, roll out into a large rectangle semi-thick sheet and transfer on the dusted tray. 
  4. Dork the pizza sheet using a fork and mark into 4 equal portions. 
  5. To prepare 1st pizza, spread some pizza sauce on one portion. Place 4 tomato roundels, chicken pepperoni roundels, 5 bocconcini cheese balls, 4-5 torn basil leaves. Sprinkle some salt on top.
  6. To prepare 2nd pizza, spread some white sauce and pizza sauce on 2nd portion. Place some mushroom slices, jalapeno slices, gherkin, grilled chicken slices, green olives and black olives.
    Sprinkle some dried oregano, chilli flakes and salt and spread mozzarella cheese on top. 
  7. To prepare 3rd pizza, spread spinach-garlic-onion mixture on the 3rd portion. Place chicken sausage slices and red capsicum strips and sprinkle some salt on top. Place small dollops of ricotta cheese. 
  8. To prepare 4th pizza, spread pesto on the 4th portion. Place yellow capsicum strips, red capsicum strips, onion strips, chicken salami wedges and green capsicum strips and sprinkle some salt on top. 
  9. Put the tray into the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. 
  10. Cut the portions and serve hot.
