Shopping list:
800 ml buttermilk
400 ml thick yogurt
100 gms brown sugar
25 gms cashewnuts
8 medium cucumbers
2 plums
1 red capsicum
1 medium cauliflower
1 peach
1 small pineapple
For faster preparation:
Ensure that the ingredients for the soup are chilled. As also the yogurt is sweetened and chilled for dessert.
How to go about it:
Prepare the soup and chill till needed. Prepare the keema, garnish and place in a bowl.
Prepare and assemble the dessert (but do not put the crust) and refrigerate. Make the rotis. After the two courses, caramelize the topping on the dessert and serve.
