Noodles in a Jiffy

Noodles can be quite a versatile ingredient and this menu proves just that. Check out these three recipes made within 30 minutes of time and that use noodles as a base ingredient.

Shopping list

300 grams of instant noodles

1 iceberg

100 grams of roasted peanuts

100 grams of corn

1 small bottle of sweet chilli sauce

50 grams of moong sprouts

1 small packet of tomato puree

1 small bottle of chilli flakes

1 small packet of basil leaves

1 small bottle of dried oregano

250 grams of cheese

1 packet of noodles

250 grams of jaggery

1 small packet of baking soda

150 grams of ghee

100 grams of pistachios

100 grams of almonds

100 grams of cashewnuts

For faster preparation

Separate the lettuce leaves and cut so as to look like cup. Boil the noodles for tomato sauce. For Gajjak boil the noodles and chop. Deep fry the noodles

How to go about it

Finish with the wrap. Then start with the noodles. Finally make the Gajjak.
