Heat water in a non stick pan, add noodles. Add the masala that is included in the noodle packet and cook till done and dry. Crush peanuts. When the noodles are done transfer into a bowl and cool. Add corn niblets, sweet chilli sauce and mix. Add peanuts and mix.Trim the lettuce leaves to resemble a cup. While serving place the lettuce leaves in a serving plate, put the noodles in a serving bowl. Put some of the noodle mixture in lettuce cup, sprinkle moong sprouts on top and serve.
