2 medium cucumbers
1 kilogram yogurt
1 small packet of walnuts
1 small packet of black raisins
250 grams bhindi
1 fresh coconut
100 grams of dried red chillies
1 small bottle of coconut oil
1 ripe mango
1 small packet of black salt
For faster preparation
For boorani raita process the cucumbers. For bhindi pachadi process the bhindi. Keep the yogurt mixture ready. For mango mint raita make the mango mint paste.
How to go about it
First start with boorani raita. Prepare the tempering for the bhindi pachadi. Finally mix the mango paste in yogurt and serve in individual bowls with garnish.
