Mango Mint Raita

Ingredients
- 1 Ripe alphonso mango peeled
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 1/2 cups chilled yogurt
- 1 green chilli
- Salt to taste
- Black salt to taste
- Crushed red chillies to sprinkle
Method
- Break the green chilli and put into a chopper jar. Add mint leaves. Cut ½ mango roughly and add with a little water and chop into a coarse chutney.
- Cut the remaining mango into small cubes.
- Take yogurt in a bowl, add the mint-mango mixture, salt and black salt and mix well.
- Transfer into serving bowl, top with chopped mangoes, sprinkle crushed red chillies and serve chilled.
