Cook-ing with Olive Oil

Menu: Bhajnee Thalipeeth
Baba Ghanoush
Spinach with Raisins


Shopping list

1 kilogram of bhajnee flour
1 small bottle of olive oil
1 large brinjal
1 small bottle of cayenne pepper
1 small bottle of tahini
1 small bottle extra virgin olive oil
2 bunches of spinach
100 grams of raisins
100 grams of pinenuts
25 grams of paneer
1 packet of brown bread slice

For faster preparation

Prepare the dough and set aside. Roast the eggplant for baba ghanoush. Process the spinach.

How to go about it

Start with baba ghanoush. Then finish the thalipeeth. Finish the spinach with raisins and serve.
