Cheesy Masti

Cheese is a much loved ingredient all around the world – be it mozzarella or the very Indian cottage cheese or paneer – cheese is a favourite with one and all! So, this time try making a meal with cheese – Cheesy Corn Balls, Grapes with Mascarpone and Fried Mozzarella Sticks.

Shopping list

1 small packet processed cheese

1 tin corn kernels

1 bread slice packet

1 small packet cheese slice

300 grams seedless green grapes

1 packet brown sugar

1 packet mascarpone cheese

1 packet mozzarella cheese 

1 small bottle crushed black peppercorns  

1 packet breadcrumbs

For faster preparation 

For the cheesy corn balls, make rice and fresh crumbs. Then make the cheesy corn mixture. Divide into equal portions and shape them into balls. Cut the cheese slices into small triangles. For the grapes with mascarpone, halve the grapes and divide into moulds. Spread the cheese and keep aside. For the fried mozzarella sticks, cut the cheese in fingers. Coat the cheese and refrigerate for 2 hours.

How to go about it

Fry the corn balls and serve with cheese slice on top. Fry the sticks and serve with chopped parsley and peppercorns. Gratinate the grapes with mascarpone by sprinkling some brown sugar on it and serve.
