Ingredients list for Cheese Corn Balls
- 2 cups Sweet corn grated
- 1 cup Processed cheese
- 2 tablespoons Sweet corn (cream style)
- 3 Green chillies
- 1 1/2 inch Ginger
- 4 tablespoons Refined flour (maida)
- to taste Salt
- a pinch Baking soda
- to deep fry Oil
Method
- Take cheese in a bowl. Drain sweet corn and rinse in fresh water and add to the bowl.
- Add cream style sweet corn. Finely chop green chillies and ginger and add.
- Add refined flour, salt and baking powder and mix well.
- Cover and rest the mixture in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Shape the mixture into small balls and deep fry on medium heat till golden.
- Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot with your choice of chutney.
