Ingredients list for Watermelon And Cheese Skewers

  • 1 medium Watermelon peeled, seeded and cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 200 grams Processed Cheese cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1/4 bunch Fresh mint leaves torn
  • 8-10 Black peppercorns crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes

Method

  1. In a bowl mix together lemon juice, mint leaves, peppercorns and red chilli flakes.
  2. Divide this marinade into two equal parts and marinate watermelon cubes and cheese cubes separately in the refrigerator for one hour.
  3. Take a toothpick and skewer a cube of watermelon followed by a cheese cube and another watermelon cube. Repeat this for rest of watermelon and cheese cubes. Serve chilled.
