Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 small purple cabbage, shredded
- 1 apple, cut into thin strips
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1½ tablespoons sugar
- 2½ tablespoons raisins
- Crushed black peppercorns to taste
Method
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add onion and sauté till translucent. Add cabbage and sauté well.
- Add apple and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Add salt, vinegar, sugar and raisins. Add crushed black peppercorns and sauté well. Cook for 1 minute.
- Serve warm.
